You should reserve around 30 minutes for the evaluation visit, so that you can certainly get answers to all the questions that bother you. We go through the painting site together, listening to all your wishes and your vision for the project. After the evaluation, we will calculate a customized contract offer that suits your situation and deliver it by e-mail.
The offer includes the painting needs that have been evaluated, and we break it down into several parts so that you can choose a package that fits your needs and budget. The offer has a clear job description for each service, where we also tell you which materials are used in the work.
When you decide to accept our offer, we update the offer into a contract in the scope you want and send it to you electronically for signature.This process is quick and easy, and we are always ready to help if you have any questions.
After signing, we will establish a Whatsapp group for your project, which enables smooth and flexible communication during the project. In this group, we give the starting information and refine the preliminary schedule together. In the group, we also agree on all the important details, such as the colors you choose, the necessary handover of the keys and other aspects relevant to the project.
When the project gets closer, its exact start time will be confirmed together with you in the Whatsapp group, so that it will definitely fit into your schedule. ILME’s management starts the project by setting up the work site at a time agreed with the painters.
During the project, you will receive daily reports on Whatsapp, where we will tell you about the progress of the work, future steps and other relevant details. Thanks to Whatsapp, you always stay up to date and can easily ask questions, wishes or give feedback as the work progresses.
In the final phase of the project, the date of the final inspection is agreed together. This inspection covers a detailed review of the entire work site and ensures the quality of work and customer satisfaction. We try to carry out the inspection in daylight to guarantee an optimal evaluation, especially indoors, where the evaluation is done at a distance of about 1.5 meters from the paint surface.
At the end of the final inspection, a protocol is easily prepared with a smartphone, which contains information about the work performed, the paints and shades used, and a certificate of the warranty period of the painting work. A copy of the minutes is delivered to the customer by e-mail, acting as a certificate of the quality of the work and as an important document for future maintenance.
After the finished painting work, you will receive an invoice in accordance with the contract by e-mail, with a 14-day payment period. A household deduction calculation is also sent as an attachment to the invoice, which breaks down the parts of work and materials, so that you can easily report them to the taxman in connection with the household deduction.
Remember that in 2024 the household deduction for the painting project is 40% of the work share, and the maximum amount of the deduction is still €2,250, with a deductible of €100 per person. You can find more information about the household deduction on the tax authority’s website.

If you have already purchased the paints yourself, we can use them in the painting project. Often, however, the cheapest and most reasonable option is to let the contractor acquire the paints. In this case, for example, the work is not interrupted due to too little amount of paint and the work is done more quickly.
Our average indoor or outdoor painting project takes about 3-5 days. The schedule is naturally affected by several things, such as foundation work, the size of the project, the number of shades and weather conditions for outdoor painting.

Yes, painting and renovation in your own home is work subject to the household deduction, for which you can apply for a household deduction from the taxman. The condition for receiving the deduction is that the company performing the work is included in the advance collection register and the work is included in the list drawn up by the taxman. We appear to belong to that register, so you can apply for a household deduction for the work we do.
Remember that in 2025, the household deduction for the painting project is 35% of the work share, and the maximum amount of the deduction is €1,600, with a deductible of €150 per person. You can find more information about the household deduction on the tax authority’s website.”
We offer all painting projects as contract work because we feel it is the fairest option. The contract offer details the parts of the work and materials and what the contract includes. This way, all the costs of the painting are already clear at the bidding stage and the final price will not surprise the customer.
However, as part of larger painting projects, we can do small installation work or timpuri work with an hourly charge.

The painting interval of the house depends on several different factors, such as the quality of the work done previously, the paint or sealant used, and the environmental factors of the house.
As a basic rule of thumb, maintenance painting works every 10 years, but sometimes the house should be painted earlier or later. If you are worried about painting your own house, you can ask our salesperson to come and assess the need for painting. All our salespeople are painters and know how to assess at which stage in the life cycle the surfaces of your house are.
